Custom Composite Boats Designed Around Your Vision, Built for Hawaii’s Toughest Waters

New Boats

The Peahi Power Cat is a next-generation offshore power catamaran available in 27, 30, 33, 36, and 39-foot models, with beam options ranging from 10 to 14 feet. Designed from the ground up for Hawaii’s challenging ocean conditions, every vessel is custom built using advanced epoxy composite construction to deliver exceptional strength, durability, efficiency, and long-term reliability while keeping weight to a minimum.

Unlike production boats designed to satisfy the average buyer, every Peahi Power Cat is purpose-built around its owner’s mission. Whether configured for commercial fishing, charter operations, long-range offshore adventures, diving, or family cruising, each vessel can be customized with your preferred cabin layout, fuel capacity, seating, electronics package, livewells, bait systems, fish storage, and deck configuration.

The wide-beam catamaran platform delivers remarkable stability at rest, excellent load-carrying capability, and expansive working deck space. Oversized insulated fish boxes, generous cockpit dimensions, and the additional working area between the outboard engines create a fishing platform that is difficult to match in boats of comparable length. Every inch of deck space is designed to maximize fishability, safety, and functionality without sacrificing passenger comfort.

The hull design emphasizes efficient offshore performance, a soft ride in rough water, excellent fuel economy, and predictable handling across a wide range of sea conditions. Combined with lightweight epoxy composite construction and carefully engineered structural components, the Peahi Power Cat is designed to carry substantial loads while maintaining responsive performance and long service life.

Every Peahi Power Cat is built one at a time with uncompromising attention to detail. This is not a production boat—it’s a fully custom offshore platform engineered specifically for the way you fish, work, and explore Hawaii’s waters.

The Custom Build Process

Every Peahi Power Cat begins with a one-on-one design consultation to understand how you fish, dive, work, or explore the ocean. Together, we’ll determine the ideal hull length, beam, cabin configuration, fuel capacity, power package, electronics, fish box layout, seating, and storage to build a boat specifically around your mission.

Once the design is finalized, we develop a detailed project plan and construction schedule. Every Peahi Power Cat is built using premium epoxy composite construction techniques, marine-grade materials, and closed-cell composite cores to maximize strength, durability, and long-term performance while minimizing unnecessary weight.

Throughout construction, you’ll receive regular progress updates and opportunities to review key stages of the build. Because each vessel is completely custom, every detail—from fish boxes and deck layout to livewells, tackle storage, lighting, and electronics—is tailored to your specific needs.

Before delivery, every vessel undergoes a comprehensive quality inspection, sea trial, and systems check to ensure it performs exactly as designed. The result is not simply a new boat, but a purpose-built offshore platform engineered to safely and efficiently serve your family or business for decades in Hawaii’s demanding marine environment.

Timeline & What To Expect

Every Peahi Power Cat is built to order, and quality takes time. Depending on the model, level of customization, and current production schedule, most new builds are completed within approximately 18 to 24 months from final design approval. During the design phase, we’ll work closely with you to finalize the hull size, beam, cabin layout, twin-engine package, fuel capacity, electronics, fishing amenities, and every other detail before construction begins. Once your build is underway, you’ll receive regular progress updates and opportunities to review key milestones throughout the project.

Because every Peahi Power Cat is custom built specifically for its owner, design changes made after construction begins can affect both the build schedule and overall investment. Our goal is to finalize every major decision before construction starts, ensuring a smooth build process and delivering a vessel engineered to perform for decades.
