For larger restorations, custom builds, and structural reconstruction projects, we perform a detailed inspection and develop a project plan before providing an initial estimate. Because every vessel is unique, hidden structural damage is often not discovered until the boat has been disassembled. For this reason, many of our larger projects are completed on a time-and-materials basis, with clear communication, documented progress, and customer approval throughout each phase of the restoration. Once the project is complete, every vessel undergoes a final quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards and is ready for years of reliable service in Hawaii’s demanding marine environment.
